One API for quotes, labels and tracking

Connect your store, warehouse system or own software to ParcelBee. The API covers the whole shipment, from the first quote to the last tracking update, across the carriers on your account.

How a shipment runs

Six calls, start to finish

  1. 01

    List carriers

Every carrier service open to your account, each with a stable channel code.

    GET /carriers
  2. 02

    Get quotes

Prices for the parcel on each service, lowest first, with fuel, surcharges and tax broken out.

    POST /quote
  3. 03

    Create the order

Book the service you picked. The price is re-checked and paid from your wallet.

    POST /orders
  4. 04

    Download the label

Fetch the label for printing once the carrier has issued it.

  5. 05

    Track it

Carrier updates for the shipment, piece by piece for multi-piece orders.

  6. 06

    Cancel if needed

Cancel an order you no longer need, under the carrier’s rules.
